I have a couple of feeds for Bank of America accounts. I attempt to refresh transactions, and I get a pop-up box with the message "Capital One stopped supporting your connection method. Set up this feed again to keep importing your transactions to QuickBooks."
I'm out of the support window (and it will cost $700 to get support from QB), but this message doesn't make any sense to me.
Any ideas? Or is this just one of those squirrelly things that QuickBooks does from time to time?
Thank you all.
Just got a bunch of updates a few days ago.
Obviously solved by killing all of the bank connections and starting over. I don't expect tech support to know why this happened. (literally got this message on checking and savings accounts, and Capital One has never been a bank for this company. Some developer just made a mistake.)
Would someone at Quickbooks flag this error for the developers to address?
