Utilize SlickConnect for the time being. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online or QBSE, so there is no specific setting needed.

Hello there, @ppgenterprise509.

Can you share if you encountered error messages when connecting to your account Numerica Credit Union? This way, I can provide the exact resolution about it.

Though, I'd still include the possible reasons you're having trouble recognizing any bank accounts in QBSE:

  • The bank is performing system maintenance.
  • There are notifications from their website that need your attention.
  • Your bank may re-establish online banking online with us in a few days or months.

Though, we can sign in to your bank's website to review if there are alerts that need your attention. Once signed in, perform the following steps:

  1. Review your account page for messages, notifications, or alerts.
  2. Check your bank’s website for any announcements.
  3. Once done, go back to your QBSE account to perform a manual update.

Log in to your account using a browser. From there, you can update the connection between your bank account and QuickBooks Self-Employed. Simply go to the Gear icon, click Bank accounts, then select Refresh all. See the sample screenshots below:

If the same thing happens, I'd suggest contacting our Support Team to check it further and your bank status. You can utilize the Help icon within your QBSE account.

Here are some articles about handling transactions in QBSE:

Keep me posted if you have any other concerns or questions. I’ll get back to answer them for you. Have a good one.

@ppgenterprise509, this is a common scenario for banks that have changed their websites. Sometimes, it takes months to re-establish their online banking connection with Intuit products.
