Though, we can sign in to your bank's website to review if there are alerts that need your attention. Once signed in, perform the following steps:
Log in to your account using a browser. From there, you can update the connection between your bank account and QuickBooks Self-Employed. Simply go to the Gear icon, click Bank accounts, then select Refresh all. See the sample screenshots below:
If the same thing happens, I'd suggest contacting our Support Team to check it further and your bank status. You can utilize the Help icon within your QBSE account.
