Same issue. Using Quickbooks Desktop. Very Frustrating this hasn't been fixed.
What I ended up doing as a work around was to undo categorization of all transactions so that I could make my adjustments.
If you are going through this I'd suggest to go into settings and change the items displayed per page to 300.
I am having the same issues, no pagination at the bottom of the Paypal page and the date filter on the Categorized transitions have no pagination and the date filter does not work. I recently inquired about having this fixed, they basically said this is broken and we can't do anything about it. How is that acceptable? The Software is broken and that is not acceptable. Intuit needs to fix this and make things right for their customers.

We sincerely apologize for the long wait. We have reviewed all ongoing Investigations about this pagination issue on your PayPal Account connected to your QuickBooks Online service. Unfortunately, we have no available troubleshooting to permanently fix this as it only applies to one account connected. As you have mentioned on our chat, this is not an issue to your other accounts connected to QuickBooks.

Seems like they are still having issues. I called in and the agent said that it is a PayPal issue. I had to give her the investigation number for her to acknowledge that the fault is on their side. She said that they are working on an update and it's going to be fixed Friday, April 16th, 2021.
Fingers crossed.

this is still happening to me. Can't seem to go past the first page on the "categorized" list of transactions for PayPal. No matter what date range you choose. Makes it very useless.... Has anybody had any luck? They mentioned that they will fix this on April 16th, 2021, but so far no change....

I understand the impact of any delay in resolving this on-going issue with your PayPal transactions. Banking related concerns usually require troubleshooting steps that need to be performed more than one attempt. Currently, our engineers are still working on releasing a permanent fix.

Thus, there are three ways of integrating Paypal in QuickBooks Online such as Sync with Paypal, Connect to Paypal and Paypal Bank Feeds. As an alternative, you can choose another way in connecting your Paypal with QuickBooks.
