QuickBooks Cash Account from Green Dot Bank keeps getting disconnected from the "Banking" dashboard.

My Quickbooks Cash account from Green Dot Bank keeps getting disconnected from my dashboard. I have spent hours on the phone with QB customer service trying to fix this. It will randomly disconnect and in the Transactions Banking panel and a notification will say "Connect / Add your QuickBooks Cash Account." If I click "add" it will add a new account to the Chart of Accounts and keep the old one that was disconnected from the feed. The newly added account lists all transactions since the beginning of the year that were previously categorized. The old disconnected account is still in the chart of accounts with all transactions. I then have to go into the Chart of Accounts and merge the old disconnected account with the new one and make sure I don't lose any transactions, etc. This is costing me a lot of time. Please advise.

  2. Select the Search tab, and click Contact Us.
