I can see you want to use an audit trail report that shows if someone reconciled your account and then undid it, @Julissa5. I'll provide some information about this matter.
The Audit trail report allows users to review the activity history for transaction-based tasks only, such as creating and editing invoices, bills, and deposits. Thus, viewing who reconciled and undid your accounts is currently unavailable.
With this, I recommend submitting this product suggestion to our Product Development team. They will review your request and may include it for future updates. These are the steps to follow:
- Go to the Help menu and select the Send Feedback Online option, then Product Suggestion.
- Choose the Product Area and enter a brief discussion of your suggestion on the field provided.
- Once done, click the Send Feedback button.
In the meantime, you might consider generating the Previous Reconciliation report to see the cleared and uncleared transactions in your bank account. Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu and select Banking, then Previous Reconciliation.
- Choose the Account and the Statement Ending Date, then click Display.
Moreover, you can customize this report to show only the data that matters to you, making it personalized and fitting your reporting needs.
