You'll need an active internet connection to use QuickBooks Online, Beauty.
The good thing about QBO is you can also access it using your phone. If you can't be in front of your computer, simply install the mobile app to get started. You can enter the data there, and it'll automatically sync to all systems where you access QBO.
You can find and install the app by going to your phone's play store. Once you have it, simply enter your log in credentials and you're good to go.
