QuickBooks "We can’t connect to this provider right now." Bank error

Late last week I had to change my bank account password, which I know requires fixing the connection in QBO. But ever since, whenever I try to fix the connection QBO tries to connect, fails, and give this reason:
"We can’t connect to this provider right now."

There is nothing wrong on the bank's end. I have confirmed they are not down due to Crowdstrike.

I've tried logging into QBO from an incognito window. I've tried clearing my cache. I even tried rebooting the whole computer.

Well, now it is randomly working after disabling and then re-enabling the connections.
