Let me assist you further with reconciling bank transactions, Isu.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), if you want to show your transactions in the reconciliation window, it's best to ensure to put a C of in the Checkmark column of the transaction you're going to reconcile.
If a transaction was on a previous bank statement, but wasn't on the past reconciliation report for those dates, here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this:
- Go to Transactions and select Chart of accounts.
- Choose the account you’re reconciling and select View register.
- Find the transaction and select it to expand the view.
- Select the box in the checkmark column until you see a C to make sure the transaction will show when reconciling.
- When you're done, select Save.
