Yesterday I noticed that Quickbooks self-employed wasn't connecting to my Regions account(s) anymore. Previous to this, the Quickbooks to Regions connection had been working just fine for months.
I attempted to fix this by deleting the account entry and trying to reconnect again. The accounts screen now looks like this. (as you can see no accounts are listed)
Have you tried to open your QBO account on private/incognito browser?
Did not work, just tried it.
