Does anyone know how to connect Regions iTreasury with QuickBooks online?

Hello valss!

I understand that you need to connect Regions iTreasury to QuickBooks Online. Let me share some details about it.

Currently, the supported account that you can link is the Regions Bank. You'll want to send a request for support for Regions iTreasury by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu and select Add account.
  2. Search for the name of Regions iTreasury or enter the URL.
  3. Select Request support for your bank.
  4. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

In the meantime, you'll want to manually upload the transactions into QuickBooks Online. All you need is a file from Regions iTreasury that we can import.

Once done, you can now match and categorize them.

I understand that resolving this matter is important to you, Aparajita1. With that in mind, I recommend submitting another request to include Regions iTreasury in QuickBooks' supported banks. Let me guide you through the process and provide an alternative solution in the meantime.

QuickBooks Online allows you to link multiple accounts for automatic transaction downloads. However, if you encounter difficulties in finding or connecting your bank to the system, here are some potential reasons:

  • Your bank may not support connections for all account types, distinguishing between personal and business accounts.
  • Your financial institution may appear under various names in our directory.
  • The bank may not be a participating financial institution.

To have QuickBooks support Regions iTreasury Bank, please submit a request by following these steps:

  1. Open your QuickBooks company.
  2. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  3. Click Link Account and search for your financial institution. If QuickBooks cannot locate your bank, you will see the message, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks."
  4. Navigate to the Still can't find your provider? button
  5. Add the Account provider name and Account provider sign-in URL from the field provided.
  6. Hit the Request button.

For reference, please see the screenshot below:

On the other hand, you have the option to download your transactions directly from your bank's website and manually upload them into QuickBooks to keep your records updated.
