Yes, you're correct, @icerider

When selecting the transactions from the reconciliation window, you can either do it all at once or one by one.

In addition. the feature to enable selecting multiple transactions at a time is a great addition to what we currently have in QuickBooks Online. I recommend sending feedback to our product engineers about this.  They'll use your insightful feedback to enhance your QBO experience. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Then select Feedback.
  3. Fill in your product suggestions.
  4. Once done, click on Next to submit feedback.

Keep track of the feature requests by visiting our webpage for QuickBooks Online Feature Requests.

For future reference, here's a guide on how you can fix issues after reconciliation: Fix issues at the end of reconciliation in QuickBooks Online.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, northwaytaxllc.

While reconciling accounts, you'll be able to utilize each transaction's checkmark icon to select multiple transactions or all of the ones on the page you're on.

Here's an example image of it being used to select a few:

Here's another image showing all transactions on the screen being selected at once:

I've also included a detailed resource about reconciling which may come in handy moving forward: How to Reconcile

Please feel welcome to send a reply if there's any additional questions. Have a lovely day!

I wonder how many cases of carpal tunnel syndrome could be prevented if they allowed a ctrl-sel of the multiple items in the reconcile window

Selecting transaction in rec window

Hello there, Kelsey.

Currently, the feature to control and select of multiple transactions in the reconciliation window is unavailable.

I understand the importance of using shortcut keys like control-select so you can easily select multiple transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). For now, I recommend sending feedback about it. We always consider customer feedback when improving or adding features. This will give us an idea of how we may improve the functionality of QBO to meet users' needs and enhance the working experience.

Here's how:

  1. At the upper right corner, click the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Profile, select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Then, select Next to submit a feedback.

I will also include a helpful article so you can fix if your reconciliation doesn't match your bank statement: Fix issues at the end of a reconciliation.

Please leave a reply if you have other concerns about selecting multiple transactions in the reconciliation window. The Community is always available to back you up.
