Join nowI just installed QuickBooks Desktop for Mac. I tried to initiate online banking. I entered the user name and password for my bank, but Quickbooks said I had entered an incorrect username and/or password. I used the same username/pw combination to log on directly at the bank site with no problem. This username and p/w combination has been working in the Online version of QB, but now that I am using the Desktop version, I get an error message that is obviously wrong. How do I resolve this issue?
