Buy nowGreetings QBO Community,
I am missing 2 days' Payouts - last Fri and Sat - after the current Square Update. Is there a way to force these Payouts to post to my Bank Account?
Thanks,
Mike

There is no option in QuickBooks to force Square payouts to post to your bank manually. Square payouts are typically processed and automatically deposited to your linked bank account according to Square's schedule. QuickBooks Online (QBO) syncs these transactions from Square, but does not control the actual payout timing. With that in mind, you can contact the Square support team for further assistance.
I'll be right here if you have further information on managing your app transactions.

Thank you for the response. Guessing my solution is to just split the actual deposit with journal entries according to the different Square amounts. I have never had any issues like this until this upgrade.
Thanks again!

Having the same issues. QBO has been no help.
Having the same issues sone 04/26. QBO offers no solution.
I hear you. Please perform a manual force sync by going to the Square application in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, updating the transaction date to the closest missing day, and clicking Sync Now to pull the latest entries.
You can also check your Square dashboard to see whether the payouts for those days are still pending or have recently cleared. If a deposit transaction has not cleared on their end, it will not appear in QBO.
In this case, you can manually enter the deposit in QBO to update your books immediately.
If Square deposits money into that same bank account, you can also add the transaction directly from the Banking tab.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
