If you're using Chase Credit Card, we currently have an ongoing issue with the bank showing an incorrect balance in QuickBooks Online.
Our engineering team is working to resolve this for you. No worries. I'll update this post once I receive an update from them.
Also, if you want to receive an update via email, I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team. By doing so, they'll be able to add your account to the investigation.

It is not a Chase card. now that I know it's not an easily resolved issue, I'll contact the team. Thanks so much for your prompt reply
It wouldn't have mattered anyways. The ongoing issue she speaks of with Chase has been "ongoing" for years. They always say they are working on it but in reality they are not because we continue to pay them to use their product. It has been 5 years on another community post and they still have not resolved the issue with Chase Cards. I wish you the best of luck getting your issue resolved on your own, just don't get your hopes up and please don' t rely to heavily on the QBO team as they do not care about you or your issues.
