In QBO Advanced and QBO Accountant, you can use the reclassify transaction tool to save time when you need to make changes to multiple transactions at once. If you need help with reclassifying the transactions, you can invite your accountant to assist you. However, if you're the accountant, you can follow the steps below to proceed.

I have QB Online Plus. Is there an option there as well? I don't want to do a journal entry.

If you’re currently using QuickBooks Online Plus, transferring transactions from one account to another feature is currently unavailable. However, to be able to do that, I recommend reaching out to your account since the QBO Accountant has access and can transfer transactions.

You can also upgrade your subscription to QuickBooks Advance, where you access and make things easier for moving transactions in your business.
