How big is the Total Target? More than 350K?
No, 1,017 total. I tried uploading the file to the QB AWS server but then I got another error but this time for validation. This doesn't make sense to me, because I already validated the data in Desktop and it showed no issues.

I can't call support because they are not open. And in response to saying you are aware of the issue, you guys have been posting that same message for months now. Considering the constant raising of prices, this isn't acceptable.
Why do you have to switch to QBO? If you are only single user, you can use the trial version of QBD 2022 for good.
Client wants it. They like the ability for remote staff to be able to access it without passing the file back and forth.
Update: Spoke with a customer service agent via QBO chat and it worked. I can't explain why because it was the exactly same process I did last night. But this question is now resolved.
I am having that same problem, what turned out to be the problem. On phone with them now, hope it gets resolved but I have had to do more research sometimes to help the situation. So doing that now LOL.
Which QB Desktop year version do you have?
Try opening the sample file and converting it to QBO. Did you encounter the same error message?
2024 but I spoke to someone at QB customer service and it had several issues.
1. If Payroll ON, turn it off. It doesn't suggest that, that I see but she had me do that.
2. Did backup after that.
3. Went to the new QBO Company I had set up and was trying to download the QB Desktop data to.
4. Used the new migration tool with the 2017 and older link within that webpage of the online migration tool page.
Followed the directions it had us do and it worked.
