31-Oct... Still broken.
On the phone (1 hour,, 45 mins) with the nicest QB support person, and they sound just as frustrated as I am. They have tier II looking at my desktop as well.
I tried to send them a log snap shot of CONNLOG.TXT... The first entry was from a test company file where the feed works.. .the second log is from my company file where the citi feed is broken. Notice the extra stuff on the end of the "broken" file where citi feed does not work.
WORKS on "test" company file:

1-Nov-2024... Still broken.
Doen not work with my current company file, which has been cleared by the data folks.... Does work with a new company file. See last post.
I now have a scheduled appointment with a tier 2/3 person for Nov 7.
-Scott
just a thought, move your data file to another pc with a freshly installed Windows and QB and see if that does it.
Am I the only one who is still not working?
-Scott
I have not looked at this thread in a while, but I'm still working.
When mine stopped, I cleared out, accepted or deleted all downloaded transactions on all accounts, then downloaded to Citi transactions manually and imported them. Don't know if that had anything to do with it, but thought I'd throw it out there.
Did you try using the existing QB file on a freshly installed Windows PC and fresh QB?
seems that way,
Did you try the fresh Windows and QB installed I mentioned, using the existing QB data?
Prior to mine working again, I accepted or deleted all downloaded transactions and manually imported from the Citi website. Then I installed QB updates, reset the "permission" on the Citi website for QB, and all started working again. I feel it was the QB update(s) that did it.
nothing in your connlog about:
"20241005 16:04:10: We've recently updated our online banking experience. To continue using this app, you'll need to relink the app to your Citi account. You can complete this at"
that is when mine was NOT WORKING.
Mine is still working. It stopped for one day but then started again.
If anyone is still having issues with their citi feed, please let me know. I believe I have found a fix (and it's one QB support won't tell you about.)
-Scott
Would love to know for next time - I assume you are fixed now?
Yes I am fixed. FYI, we are an IT, Datacenter, Sysadmin and Network consulting group, so going into the Windows or Mac file systems to seek out config files and caches are not new to us.
I had to go into the Quickbooks software configuration files for OLB and make an adjustment. I am not going to share specifics right now as I am sure this is not an approved Intuit fix, but it had an immediate effect that seemed to fix things. Even after completely uninstalling Quickbooks, we noticed some remnants did not get removed and the problem was still there after a fresh installation. One of the persistent files had a reference to Citi and was in txt format, so easy to edit. We saved the then current version, edited the files and modified the reference to Citi, restarted Windows and launched Quickbooks. The Citi feed worked as expected the first time.
I would like to report this "fix" to the Quickbooks team, but during this entire issue I do not speak with a singe person who I believe would understand what we did/found.

hi whats the fix citibank investments no longer working. citibank cards checking and saving are ok
CitiBank has recently updated the way certain accounts connect to QuickBooks, crie73. If you can't find the correct CitiBank account to connect to, you may need to search for the account differently. Let me provide details to assist you.
You can start by checking with your bank if there are some changes in how they support QuickBooks Desktop. Just sign in to your bank's website and check for messages. If you're using these accounts you can search for:
If you can't find your bank, please contact our Customer Support Team. They can help look into this issue and start an investigation if needed. I've added this link to know when to contact us: QuickBooks Desktop Support.
In the meantime, you can download transactions using Web Connect. Doing this will help ensure your books have accurate records. You can refer to this link for additional information: Download Bank Feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.
Let us know if you have questions about linking your bank accounts and managing your transactions in QBDT. We're here to help you at any time.
Today, November 21, Intuit updated Quickbooks. Now my citi feed is broken again. My previous fix does not work this time.
Ughhhh
