Hello,
As a follow-up, I was able to fix the issue today. The problem was with my bank and not QuickBooks.
The bank had updated their platform and I had to reauthorize QuickBooks to access my transaction history.
I have had this issue in the past as well, but the solution was to clear my browser cache or use a different browser.
This time, the issue was with the bank itself. The first person that I spoke with at the bank did not find the issue. However, the second person did. Therefore, you may need to contact your bank more than once to get a knowledgeable person on the phone that can help you.
If anyone else has this issue, I hope this information is helpful.

I hope this information is helpful to anyone else who has encountered this problem.
