I'm here to help create a bank deposit successfully, @gary_weaver1.

 

I have troubleshooting steps to help fix the unable to create a bank deposit feature in QuickBooks Online. I'm glad to share the details with you.

 

Before anything else, did you receive any error messages? Any additional information will help me provide the most suitable solution.

 

In the meantime, you may access your account through an incognito window. This way, we can verify if this is a browser-related problem.

 

Use the hotkeys below:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
  •  Control + Option + P (Safari)
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

 

Once logged in, re-create a bank deposit to verify if it's performing well. If you can create it successfully, please return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on the keyboard to clear the cache.

Thanks for the response, I have already used the private browser method, and cleared cache as well. I can use bank deposit on my personal QuickBooks but not on my business QuickBooks.

Mine is just circling. I can deposit on another company but not this company. so frustrating.

The issue you're experiencing when using a bank deposit can be fixed by a basic browser troubleshooting. Since those steps didn't work for you, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Care Team. This now need a thorough investigation from our phone support so they can take a closer look at to what is happening with your QuickBooks account.

 

Here's how to contact us:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback.
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.
