We are a Non Profit and recently started using QBO. We are not connected to our bank account at this time. How do we enter individual donations by fund?

Thanks for dropping by here in the Community, @roz-custard-comc. I'll help you proceed to record your donations in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can still record your donations even if you haven't connected your bank to your QuickBooks Online account. To record goods or service gifts, you can go through these steps:

1. Create an invoice for the products or services you donated.
2. Create an account for charitable contributions.
3. Create a product/Service item called Charitable Contributions.
4. Issue a credit memo to the customer.
5. Verify the credit memo was applied to the invoice.
