When reconciling the program jumps and skips a number of numbers. You cannot get to each number

Upon review, we received some reports with similar cases regarding the abnormality of reconciliation data. With this, I recommend contacting our Support Team so they can add you to the affected user's list and supply some updates about this matter.

To proceed, kindly follow the steps below to reach them:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Click Help (?).
3. Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:

• Start a chat with a support expert.
• Get a call back from the next available expert.

In the meantime, let's filter out your Reconciliation page to narrow down the result. Here's how:

1. Go to the Transactions menu and select Reconcile.
2. Click the DATE and press the All button (to display all transaction types).
3. Just in case you see the Clear filter/View all, please click it. There might be some enabled filters that are affecting the data shown on your Reconciliation page.
4. Double-check all the transactions. Then, once everything is all set, proceed with reconciling your account.
