Thanks again for the reply. Turns out I was already in the accountant view. It's been a while since I logged in, and I just didn't notice the recently added "+ New" button, which is where I found Deposits. So I'm good now. But I still don't see the User View option, but not going to pursue that problem further.
My original question was "Where did the Deposits page go?" The answer, apparently, is under the "+ New" button at the left.
Cheers
QBO made a few changes recently with User View options with the "+ New" screen. When you click "+ New" add new transactions, you will see one of the two user view styles:
Hi, and thanks for your reply. I'm not seeing User View in my Advanced settings. Any idea why not? I have the account type where I could see deposits and journal entries before the update. See enclosure. Any other way to choose between Business view and Accountant view? Thx!
Make sure that you're logged in as the Master or company admin so you can see this option, steve138.
If can't still see it even if you're the admin, let me share some steps to help us check if a browser issue is hiding both the deposit and user view options.
Log in to your account in a private/incognito browsing session. Follow these keyboard shortcuts to start an incognito session:
Once done, go back to the Advanced section and check if you can already see option to change views.
If that's successful, proceed to deleting your browsing history to clear out the cache that's causing the issue. Use this article as a guide: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
Alternatively, you can log back in to your account using any of the browsers I've mentioned above. They're all compatible with QBO and will us isolate if this is indeed caused by a browser issue.

In your case, they've not added the User View feature yet. They're rolling out, it's a matter of time.
Yes, they moved "+ New" sign from the top corner to the left dashboard few months ago.
