Hello there, Garfield38.
I'd like to verify some information in order to provide the right solution. Are you trying to convert a CSV file to .qbo (WebConnect file)? Do you wish to migrate from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online?
I appreciate any details you can provide. Thank you in advance.
Thanks for your reply, Garfield38.
You can utilize the third-party application shared by Fiat Lux - ASIA to convert from CSV to .QBO file. The other way is to download the Web connect (.QBO) file from your bank’s website. Then, import the transactions by following these steps:
I've got this article for reference: Set up bank accounts for Bank Feeds in QuickBooks Desktop.

This does not work for me. I use Quickbooks for Mac. Desktop.
My options are "Online Banking Setup" and "download transactions." Some jurassic banks only offer CSV files for download. What is a safe (trustworthy) software program to use to make the conversion to QBO files?
Thank you
PS: Plan to switch away from Quickbooks before I will use the online version. So, sounds like I have three years left to enjoy w Intuit.
Hi there, @JustCurious. Let me share some details about the conversion app you can use.
QuickBooks has a website specifically for integrated third-party apps. You can choose and compare the features of the apps that best suits your needs.
To begin with, go to this link and enter a keyword in the search bar. Then, you can check out the profile of the application.
