I checked our system and I see that we have a reported issue with the error message when connecting Huntington Commercial Bank.

Here's how to reach them: 

 

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. Go to the Search tab on the pop-up window.
  3. Proceed with Contact Us.
  4. When asked about your issue, enter something like "Something went wrong. try again later when connecting Huntington Commercial Bank."
  5. Hit Continue.
  6. Choose either the phone or the chat option.

it is now August.  Is there any hope for this problem getting fixed?  I keep getting told that you are working on it but that seems hard to believe...

Anything yet?  This is an old thread, bank connections with Huntington are always spotty in QBO, regardless of whether it's business or personal account!  Needs definite help!

As I've checked in our system, the investigation regarding with Huntington Commercial Bank account being unable to connect with QuickBooks is already closed. If you're still experiencing this issue, I recommend contacting our support. 

 

This way, they can determine the root of this matter and may find a resolution to this concern. If there's a need to re-open the investigation, they may do so and add you as one of the affected users. Any specific or related info that will be shared with our representative will be highly appreciated. 

 

Here's how to contact our support:

  1. In your QBO account, select Help (?)
  2. Choose the Search tab.
  3. At the bottom of your screen, click Contact Us.  
  4. Type your concern. Then click Continue
  5. You may choose CallbackAppointment, or Chat as your way to connect with us. 
  6. Kindly fill out the provided field such as your First nameLast nameEmail address, and Phone number. 
  7. Depending on what you choose as your way to connect with us, click CallbackSchedule an appointment, or Chat.
