the problem is with Quick books, have tried on multiple accounts and clients, each time refusing to update, saying try again in a few hours! I am running a business.

Before anything, I'd like to confirm if you have the same bank account (Navy Federal Bank) as the original poster in this thread. If you do, there are ongoing cases related to this issue and, our product engineers are actively working on it. I suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Support Team to have your name added to the list of affected users and to receive updates on the progress.

If not, could you provide the name of your financial institution? Then, sign in to your bank website and verify if there are alerts or maintenance issues preventing your bank from updating. In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions to QBO.
