Welcome to the Community, Jroderick. I'm here to assist you in importing MileIQ trips into QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
One of the possible reasons why some of your MileIQ trip dates and driver data are imported incorrectly was the date format on the CSV file. Ensure that your dates are written as DD/MM/YYY and don't have special symbols. Moreover, if CSV files are uploaded in a larger file, importing them into smaller files helps.
Furthermore, if there's no issue with the format and the measures I have discussed, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed live customer care team. This way, they can further check why your MileIQ dates and driver information are incorrectly imported.
Here's how you can reach them:
- Go to your QBSE account, then tap the + button and select Ask QB Assitant.
- Enter “talk to a human” and click on Continue.
- Select which way you want to connect with us.
- Have us call you - Get a call from a support expert.
- Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.
- Ask the Community - You can submit your question to the QuickBooks Community or see replies from experts and other customers.
