why bank account is not showing running balance says only displayed with data/reconciled status

I know the possible reason why your running balance isn't showing, SallyP1.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll see different columns when you open the bank register. One of these is the running balance. This box may be unchecked. Be sure to tick the box to display it. Here's how:

1. Go to Transactions and click Chart of accounts.
2. Select View register. Then, tap the small Gear icon beside the print and export button.
3. Tick the box for Running Balance. After this, the column will show up beside the reconciliation status column.
