Why has my payment not been deposited into my bank its been overb7 days

Normally, funds reach your deposit bank account within 2-3 business days of the transaction. However, the timeline varies depending on the time of day you enter transactions, which financial institution you choose to deposit transactions, and how long it takes your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.

 

The wait time for credit card payments to be transferred to your bank is 5-7 banking days, while ACH deposits may take 7-10 business days.


If you're using QuickBooks Online Payments for the first time,  your first deposits take longer while we set up your account. Once done, your payments will be deposited within two business days. You can check the status of your deposit speed by following these steps:
 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  3. Choose the Payments tab.
  4. Review the Deposit Speed section.

In your case, since the payment is not deposited within the timeframe, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Support Team. They can review your account and investigate the delay in receiving deposits.
