I am sorry to say but for the cost we pay Intuit for QBO, your advise and support to customers is absolutely junk.
why is it that bank feed does not include check images? This is critical. Please answer this question. Don’t respond with other solutions about clearing cache, etc.
figure out if this feature is supported first at your end and if so, find out why Chase bank does not allow this to be automatically downloaded.
This is not the service we want you to experience, @H4n20. I'm here to give you updates regarding the issues you've faced with managing bank transactions and attachments in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
QBO collaborates with selected banks that include check images with your transactions. Also, QBO depends on the information that your bank provides. To verify if your financial institution is supported, I suggest reaching out to them.
In the meantime, you can consider manually adding attachments individually. Feel free to check the screenshot below:
Additionally, these resources can help you set up rules to automatically categorize transactions and ensure your bank statement aligns with your QuickBooks account:

I also have this issue with Chase Business Acct, and its doesn't import the check details, therefore I have to open them on by one to manually type the info. If there not a OCR feature for the checks that QBO can perform?
Hello there, Ihacman. I see the importance of this matter to you, and I know that manually inputting your check details can be time-consuming. Please know that QuickBooks only relies on the information your financial institution provides.
QuickBooks partners with specific banks, enabling them to add check images to transactions. Since no images appear, it could be that your bank is unsupported. To verify this, I suggest reaching out to your financial institution.
In the meantime, I recommend manually inputting the check details and adding the attachment. The feature to convert the check detail automatically using an OSR isn't possible. Please see the attached sample for reference.
For future reference, you might want to simplify your categorization process. See this article for more information: Set up bank rules to categorize online banking transactions.

Hi, I am having the same issues. My check images and deposits have shown from pinnacle bank for YEARS. Now they are no longer being shown. It makes reconciling extremely difficult to swap back and forth through screens. Could we please get an actual solution to the issue?
Being able to view check images is indeed very helpful when reconciling bank transactions, Mel12324.
Please know that the program relies heavily on the data provided by financial institutions for its online banking features. Therefore, any discrepancies or delays in information from the bank can impact the availability of check images in QBO.
I recommend reaching out to Pinnacle's support team to inquire about any ongoing issues or maintenance that might be causing the check images to not display in QuickBooks Online.
You can also contact our phone support if there are no issues on the bank's side. Our phone and chat support team will be able to take a closer look at your account to check why the images are no longer downloading.
Here's how to reach them:
