I transferred on the 12th and it’s the 17th today, it still shows on QuickBooks that it’s pending and it shows on my bank account its been moved. What needs to be done? Also, I decided to use the QuickBooks checking account to avoid the transfer fee I was getting each time my customer paid me. I still got a transfer fee. What’s that about?
I did the transfer on the 12th and today is the 17th. It’s still on pending status on QuickBooks but on my bank account it shows it’s been removed. What needs to be done to fix this issue? Also, I started using the QuickBooks checking account to avoid the transfer fee I would get after each customer pays me yet I still got one. What’s that about?

On average, it takes about 3 business days to move money into your QuickBooks Checking account.
I'd recommend contacting our Merchants Services Support Team if the payment is still not deposited within the specified time frame. Since they can request account information, this team is the best resource for such questions. They can also check on the transfer's status and look into why it hasn't yet been placed into your account.
For more information about the fee for using your QuickBooks Checking account, how much you can transfer per day, and a lot more, check out this article: Learn more about QuickBooks Checking.

As my colleague mentioned, money moves into your QuickBooks Checking account over 3 business days. I advise getting in touch with our Customer Support Team as it has passed the allotted period and is still listed as pending in QuickBooks. To make sure you'll get the money, they have tools that can check the progress of the bank transfer.
To reach them, you may follow the steps shared by my colleague above. For more information about QuickBooks Payments and additional ways to contact them, see this article as well:: Contact Payments or Point of Sale Support.
