Let's find those five missing transactions from your online bank account, serstpaul3913treasu.
The transactions downloaded to QuickBooks Online depend on the data provided by your bank.
You can try to login into your financial institution's website to ensure that the transactions are posted.
If you can see the items, there might be a connection issue between your bank and QuickBooks. With this, you can update your bank connection manually. Let me guide you with these steps:
If the items are still not available in QuickBooks, you can upload the transactions using WebConnect.
Afterward, you can categorize the transactions to their correct accounts. I've added these articles as your guide:
In addition to this, can you share with me the name of your bank? So I can check on my end if there's an investigation about this one.
I'm just a post-away to keep an eye on. I'll be happy to help you out.
Hi, thanks for your reply. Transactions are entered manually to QB online.
I see the transactions in the bank register on QB online, however the chart of account "Interest Income" does not have any data for this year, although there are transactions. A sum does not show in P&L or if I go that chart of account and run a report from there.
I am not sure how the question was posted to this group, but maybe there is a way to repost to reports or chart of accounts group, vs. banking.
Thank you again for your review and response.
My apologies, after further review, statement indicates interest earned not posted. Posted transactions for the previous year are are reported as posted to the QB online register.
Thanks again.
