I can help you get your latest transactions, @jgthrilla-yahoo-.

To get around this, may I know the bank you're having issues with? This will help us in determining the best solution for the problem you're experiencing.

In the meantime, we can perform a manual update to get the latest available transactions from your online banking account.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu from the left panel, and click the Banking tab.
  2. Select the bank account that you're having trouble with.
  3. Click on the Update button.

This will bring your bank transactions up to date. Follow the onscreen instructions if you see a message requesting additional authentication.

If the transactions still not downloading or may encounter an error, you can follow the steps outlined in this article: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online

After pulling up new transactions you can now categorize and match online bank transactions in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Additionally, you can click the Reply button to add your comment to this thread.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can help in keeping your bank balance accurate. I'm always here to assist. Have a great rest of the day!

@jgthrilla-yahoo-

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

There are several options to explore and you can purchase a third-party conversion service if needed.

Hi there, @jgthrilla-yahoo-.

To clarify, did you connect your US bank account to QuickBooks Online already? Once linked, it'll automatically download your recent transactions in the Banking tab.

You can follow these easy steps to connect your bank:

  1. Go to the Banking menu at the left panel.
  2. Select Connect account/Link account.
  3. Enter the name of the financial institution. When it appears, select it from the list.
  4. Follow the on-screen instruction, then select which account you want to connect to.
  5. Click on the drop-down button beside the account and select the account you've made in COA, then select Connect.

Otherwise, if you've set it up already, we can perform basic troubleshooting to isolate the issue. First, let's try opening your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

If it shows your bank account on the Banking page, you may have accumulated too much historical data. I recommend clearing your browser's cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported browser.

Additionally, here are some articles that'll help you in reviewing your downloaded bank transactions and putting them in the correct accounts:
