Sometimes a browser is loaded with frequently accessed pages, which results in some unusual behaviors. If you haven't followed any troubleshooting steps yet, you can perform them individually to help rectify the possibility of a webpage issue. You can access your account in a private browser to ensure that it runs seamlessly without storing cached data. Refer to these keyboard shortcuts:
- For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
- For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N
If accounting page is successfully showing up, you may go back to your default display program and clear its cache or use a different supported browser.
In addition to that, you can save and add these tasks or pages to your bookmarks to simplify the navigation in your account. To do this:
- In your QBO account, select Edit ✎ next to Bookmarks.
- Select which pages you want to appear under Bookmarks.
- To reorder your bookmarks, select reorder and drag them to your desired order.
- Then, click on Save.
