When importing bank (Amex) transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll have to map the columns so that they're compatible with the system. It's possible the mapping is incorrect reason why columns were reversed. Let's also make sure the CSV format is correct. You can use either the 3-column or 4-column.
