Join nowWhen I reconcile, I am left with $1 difference. The starting balance is correct. I've checked the numbers entered for payments & deposits twice and they are correct. The payments & deposit totals listed at the top is correct. When the payments are subtracted from the beginning balance & the deposits added to it, they equal the ending balance, So why am I still left with a $1 difference??

Now, let's try to log in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) via incognito or private browsing session. This will help us verify if it is relevant to the browser's cache. Too much cache can cause odd behavior on QBO. Don't forget to save your progress in your reconciliation by clicking Save for later.
You can use these keyboard shortcut to start a private session:
Go to the Reconcile page and continue your reconciliation. Then go back to your regular browser and clear it's cache. You can also use other browser.
