Why am I not seeing "Reconcile Now" after reconciling my account, there is a zero difference so it's ready to reconcile.
Also, I did not see "Leave." on the Reconciliation Page. Both these terms were at the bottom of that page which I do not see.

You can access the reconciliation page after entering the ending balance on the Begin Reconciliation window. When you click Continue, this will take you back to the reconciliation page.
If you still can't view the Reconcile Now and Leave options, I'd recommend using the Verify/Rebuild tool to check if there are any company file errors.

Once your file is free of any errors, you can go back to the Reconciliation page again and check if the options are now visible.
