Been 20 days since I was able to connect to TD Bank. Is this getting resolved?

I cannot believe that this has not been resolved. It's poor service. It's been a month that mine hasn't synced. I want a month of free service.

Hello, all.

Our online banking team have discovered something while researching this issue that there is a prompt from your bank website that requires your attention.

In order for us to help you in resolving the issue, please follow the below steps:

1. Log in to your TD bank's website.

2. You will be prompted with the "New Security Set-Up"  message that you'll have to complete.

Once done, you will be able to update your account. You can do that by choosing the Gear icon and clicking the Update button.

Please give this a try and let me know how this goes. Thank you.

hi and thank you for the update.  However, I initially completed this step in my TD acct when TD first upgraded the website per an email from them, BEFORE I even knew that there would be/was an issue connecting with QB online.  TD sent an email out asking all their customers to complete a new sign-in, in order to use their online banking.
I have logged in to TD since receiving QB suggestion to do this just confirm that there was no new message I was missing.  Despite having updated the security set up with TD over a month ago, I was still unable to connect to QB for 29 days.
It is all good now, since I saw a new error message in QB when I tried to connect, followed the steps to pick account, etc.  It reconnected several days ago.  Hope that TD and QB all learn from this :)

Hi haydee.barrera,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It's my priority that you're able to connect the bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Our engineers are aware of this and are currently investigating the particular occurrence. While they are still working on this, you can bring transactions into QBO if your bank offers a valid WebConnect download file.

For now, I'd suggest contacting one of our phone agents so that they can add you to a notification list. You can reach them through this link: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1145770.

Rest assured that updates will be given to you once this gets resolved. From there, you'll be able to connect your bank account in QBO.

It's been almost 3 weeks since TD Bank did their update.  They're saying QB has to resolve this, but I see the last update was 6 days ago, do we have an ETA on when this will be fixed??

It has been 20 days since I have been able to connect to TD Bank. They are saying the issue is with Quick Books and they need to resolve it. When will this be resolved?

2.5 weeks!!! If I wasn't so invested into quickbooks I would cancel my subscription. Service is horrific.

This is still an issue. If I can;t connect my bank account (that was working for years) I'll just stop using quickbooks.

hey folks- i tried connecting to TD today just for giggles (29 days since no connection) and a new error message appeared 302.  the previous error messages had been 105 or 106.  it said to click a link to reconnect.
because i didn't want to screw anything up i called QB and the rep did a screen share with me so that we could try the reconnect together.  we clicked the link, picked the proper account that showed up in a list of accounts i have with TD and IT WORKED!!!!
pulled 60 entries from the bank in 2 secs.  
however, the rep said the issue was still pending so you all may not know that it is possibly fixed for you.  good luck!

This is still the error - Looks like the connection to TD Bank isn’t available right now.
Try again in a few hours. (5000)
