Removing the change memo "feature" as default on bank rules, QuickBooks Online

I'm almost certain I've seen someone creating bank rules in QuickBooks Online that by default do not feature having the memo from the current transaction.

For the life of me, I cannot figure one reason I would want all future bank memos to be what is currently on the one I'm creating a rule for, but here we are. Yes, if I delete the text it goes away and keeps the original memo, but is there a way to make it no longer an option? I make sometimes hundreds of rules every day and not having to delete the text every time would be a huge time saver. Thank you!
