In QuickBooks Online (QBO), once you've received a payment, it will show as payment in the bank register. However, it will show as a deposit if you've added it directly in the Add Funds section. Therefore, let's ensure the recording of the transactions properly so we can track them in the bank register accurately.
Here's how:
- Open your QBO account.
- Go to the + New icon, then select Bank Deposit.
- From the Account ▼ dropdown, choose the account you want to put the money into.
- Once done, click Save and close, or Save and new
