You're correct, scheduled bill payments will have to be cancelled if changes are necessary. You can only cancel a scheduled payment before 12:00 AM PST on its withdrawal date. This date can be found in the confirmation email sent to you after you'd scheduled your transaction.
Here's how to cancel a scheduled payment:
- In the left navigation bar, go to Expenses, then Bills.
- Click Show Bill Pay payments.
- Find and choose your transaction from the list.
- Hit its View details option.
- Select Cancel this payment.
