Search transactions doesn't work

I want to do simple search by amount, but it's not working:

As you can see, there's plenty of transactions with 29 amount. Why is it not working?

I'm here to make sure you can use the search feature without any issues, @makaron.

 

There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, thus causing some errors and/or unusual responses. To fix this, let's start by accessing your account using a different or a private browser. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If it works successfully, let's go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to prevent any unexpected behavior. Also, you can use other compatible browsers in QBO.

 

I'm also adding this resource that you can read to learn more about the Search functionality in QuickBooks Online: Search for transactions.

Thanks for following up with the Community, makaron. I appreciate you performing Rubielyn_J's troubleshooting processes.
 

Since your search for transactions feature isn't functioning properly, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
 

They can be reached while you're signed in.
 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon.
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then hit Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a call.

 

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.

Search transactions doesn't work

Search doesn't work for transactions that are not yet categorized. 

And they are right there and we can see them. 

Another way of where we users are wasting time with what machines should help us. 

It would be faster in Excel. Will not recommend, sorry
