It's my priority to help you sort this out. All the downloaded transaction from your bank it remain the same name even though you've changed the payment category @vpinenkov.
I've conducted research here and found out that there was an open investigation before. However, its already been resolved. To isolate this case, I recommend reaching out to our Customer support, as they have the tools to pull up your account and gather some data information to fix it.

- Click Help and Enter questions.
- Tap Contact us.
- Then select your preferred support method: Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent, or Get a callback.
Keep in mind, some options are only from: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-3:00 PM Saturday.
