Solopreneur transactions are not updating

I'm here to share information on how you can retrieve the missing transactions in QuickBooks Solopreneur, crew882821.

Before we proceed, may I know the name of your bank? We need to check if there are any ongoing investigations regarding the missing transactions.

Please note that QuickBooks relies solely on the data received from your bank. Since the data is not updating, we can troubleshoot by using an incognito or other supported browser and then refresh your account to update the bank connection. This will ensure that your transactions are displayed accurately.

Here's how:

  1. Access your Solopreneur account.
  2. Go to Transaction.
  3. Click on Refresh.

In case the problem persists, it would be advisable to reach out to your bank's customer support team to inquire if there are any maintenance issues with their website that need to be resolved. This way, you can obtain further information and assistance on the matter.

Once you get your transactions to QuickBooks, you'll want to match and categorize them. The transactions go into your accounts after you review them.

Additionally, I am also attaching this article for future reference in reconciling your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements.: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to respond below if you have more questions about managing transactions in QuickBooks Solopreneur. I'm always here to help.
