Some bank transactions arent downloading into qb self employed

Try opening your QBSE account on private/incognito browser.

Aside from Fiat Lux - ASIA suggestion, we can also update the connection between your bank account and QuickBooks Self-Employed. This brings other missing transactions into the program.
 

If you haven't tried it yet, you can follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.
2. Simply go to the Gear icon.
3. Click Bank accounts, then select Refresh all.
