I Have NO current account,Since we have CC account,current ac to be close it as per RBI instructions.

In online subscription ,it shows only current ac or savings .

so my transaction got error.

kindly fix it or provide solution to subscribe.

Whenever you want to add a service to your existing QuickBooks account, ensure that you perform the process on the Billing & Subscription page of your current account.


Here's how to subscribe:


  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary or company admin.
  2. Click the Gear icon and then Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Hit Subscribe.

Additionally, you can always view your payment history. This way, you can track and manage your subscription.

After entering all the details, nothing happened when i hit subscribe.

Where is your company located? If you are located in India, you should purchase QBO India version.

To verify, have you tried signing out from the account and sign in again? Do you still see the current or saving account options? If so, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account and check what's causing this, as well as help you add your CC information.

  1. In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Help > Assistant.
  2. Type Talk to a human and enter what do you need help with.
  3. Click No if none of the articles shared are helpful and select Start a chat.
