Sometimes the system takes time to load your data which can be a reason why your transactions aren't showing up under the For review section. For now, you can wait for a few minutes to see the entries. Or, close, then open QuickBooks Online (QBO) again to refresh the page.
If you're getting the same result, you can access your account through a private window to narrow down the result as stock cache on the regular browser can also affect this behavior.
You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts to save you time:
If you're able to see the entries, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.
