Since the item you've entered in the Bank register doesn't appear in the reconciliation page, I suggest reviewing all your entries on the Register page to verify if those transactions are not reconciled.
Here's how:
To remove a filter, click the X next to the filter name. To delete all filters, select Clear filter / View All.
If you find your missing transactions, review and categorize them so they appear on the Reconcile page.
