The same two Bank of America credit card transactions are continuously being downloaded to Quickbooks online. Besides repeatedly excluding them, is there a permanent fix?

The duplicate transactions began when I received two credits from a vendor. The initial two downloads were correct. The duplicates are not showing on my bank account so the bank steered me to Quickbooks for resolution.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) is dependent on what your Financial Institution shares with us, leighann2.

 

So far, we haven't received any reported issues about duplicates for the Bank of America. In this case, we'll have this issue checked with our Online Banking Team since you're continuously getting duplicates.

 

You can reach them by following these steps:

  1. From the Help icon, click on Contact us.
  2. Enter your concern and select Let's talk.
  3. Choose how you want to reach them and enter the necessary information.

From there, they'll be able to look into this further with more tools and may raise an escalation to our engineers.
