We're unable to create a report showing the sum of all Transfer transactions in QuickBooks Online. We can only do this for customer and vendor-related transactions, like getting the sum of all invoices, bills, etc.
We can, however, run the Transaction Detail by Account and filter all Transfer transactions. However, this will give you the totals of each affected account of all transfers. However, if you set the Group by to None, export the report to Excel, get the absolute values of the AMOUNTs, total them, and divide the total by 2, that's the total amount for all transfers.
If you want to have a report like what you mentioned, you can send a suggestion to our product development team so they can consider adding it in future updates. Please note that this is still subject to evaluation and approval.
