I am doing a cleanup of 2023 for a new client. Accounts never reconciled. I am doing a catch up reconciliation for all years prior to 2023. The bank feed is connected to QBO. I have the Dec 2022 statement and when I look at the bank feed and compare it to the statement, not a SINGLE transaction in QB matches the statement. I asked them if they had a different acct and they said no. Does anyone know why it is doing this? Do I ignore this issue and just do the adjustment and move forward?
